To get the most out of your investment- You will need to wash and brush your lashes daily(add an extra for every swim, sweat sesh and cry) This removes naturally occurring build up on the lash line that will effect the bond between your extension and your natural lash. This is essential for your ocular health. Do not pick, pull or twist your lashes. Routine fills are necessary to maintain your set, and to remove grown out extensions. This is for your natural lash health.

24 hours of NO water, oil, steam or mascara. Think Legally Blonde court room scene. These things can weigh down your lashes or get them wet causing a loosening of curl before it sets. After the 24 hours has passed you are free to wash your lashes as routine as well as continue any lash serums you use.
